David Judd is part artist, part photographer, part computer wizard. At the September Lions Club Car Show his booth attracted a lot of attention as people checked out the familiar landmarks that he had photographed then given the special “Judd Treatment” with his computer. He could also insert the car show participants’ own classic rides into a scene. Perhaps this is his biggest draw. Composition, photography, use of color, computer technology: they all help Judd attract customers to his booth.

David Judd booth

David Judd's booth at the car show was a popular spot.

Judd says, “My main bussiness is setting up my booth at car shows and making the cool pictures of people’s cars and motorcycles, trucks. and making them a print on the spot. I also do homes, boats, pets etc by appointment. I am developing a web site so that folks can purchase prints and many other items .”

Recently Judd agreed to let the  Viva Cuba Mural Project share some of his special ways of looking at Cuba scenes. They allow us to look at the familiar through a new perspective.
